David has been in the business for 15 years and is classically French trained. He has worked in 5 star hotels in the UK and Asia and has cooked for the King and Queen of Jordan. The restaurant boasts a modern, contemporary dining area with a communal lounge. Food and drink is served both indoors and outdoors to make the most of Brisbane's beautiful sub-tropical climate.
