The Mt Buller Chalet offers clients an amazing destination for both winter and summer! Located in the heart of the village, the Chalet offers stunning views overlooking the valleys & ranges.
The Chalet has catered to many meetings, conferences and product launches ranging from small intimate gatherings in the Executive Suites to larger events in the main function rooms. The meeting rooms offer full length windows and can be split into two smaller rooms. Breakout space is available on the same floor as the conference room plus near by.
Large conference groups can be jointly catered for directly opposite at La Trobe University.
It is the perfect place for teambuilding and corporate leadership programs.
Weddings are fully catered for and we can assist with all the arragements.
Location
Located 256 km NE of Melbourne the Chalet is a pleasant two and a half hour drive in the summer and three hour drive in the winter. The quickest way to visit us from the airport is by getting onto the Hume Highway and exit at Tallarook. Head towards Yea along the Goulburn Highway. Once in Yea continue towards Mansfield and follow the directions that are clearly marked.
Onsite parking is available during the summer months, whilst full transport arrangements can be made duing the snow season.
The location makes it that extra special and your delegates will leave glad that they came to experience Victoria's High Country!
Accommodation
The Mt Buller Chalet offers luxury alpine accommodation and is open all year round!
There are 65 spacious rooms comprising of 50 x King rooms; 11 x One Bedroom Suites and 4 x Executive Suites.
Rooms feature broadband access, ensuite bathroom, mini bar faciliities, hairdryer & tea/coffee making facilities.
Most rooms offer stunning views and all windows can be opened to let that High Country air flow through!
Catering Information
The Chalet is renowned for producing top quality meals and all cuisine is prepared using local fresh produce.
Our International kitchen brigade can tailor make a menu to suit your requirements whether is is for formal dinners for upto 150 people, casual lunch, picnic boxes, BBQ meals, morning/afternoon teas, cocktail menu and offsite meals.
Dine in the Black Cockatoo Restaurant, open each evening and offers superb personal but non intrusive service. The views over the valleys and ranges are spectacular! Relax in the leather lounges in our lounge bar area while enjoying a book from our library or simply take in the breathatking views. The Apres Cafe offers a casual dining experience and is open each day during the winter ski season.
