The Convention Centre has a menu for every event and every taste. A comprehensive range of set menus has been designed to offer you the best in choice, quality and value. If however you are looking for something very specific, our menu and beverage packages can be tailored to suit your needs and your budget. Should your group have particular dietary requirements, or if the group, or the event theme itself, dictates a level of cultural awareness, this can be easily arranged.
Recreational Facilities
All guests are offered complimentary use of bikes, gymnasium, tennis court and pool at the Hotel with discounted green fees available at the Alice Springs Golf Club. There is also an international standard casino, Samphire Restaurant and our award winning Juicy Rump which opens from 10am to the early hours of the morning.
