Sketch is located in the newly developed Central Pier at the Docklands, with the heritage-listed Shed 14 providing the backdrop. Boasting stunning views of Victoria Harbour, Central Pier is the most culturally significant waterfront development ever undertaken in Melbourne.
Catering Information
Seating will accommodate up to 240 guests surpassing that of Melbourne's top restaurants. The menu selection is second to none, using the finest and most exotic ingredients. Inspired by some of the great chefs from Australia and Europe, each dish is designed to excite the diners curiosity. And Sketch will be one of the world's very few premium venues where clients can also select and design their own menu. A unique chef program is also available, where you can choose from a list of exclusive chefs or bring in your own celebrity chef to cater for.
